The Alpha Group of Companies consists of five main companies, Alphatex Industries Co. Ltd, Alpha Processing Co. Ltd, Alpha Spinning Co. Ltd, Alfino International Co. Ltd and Alpha Apparel Co. Ltd. The group of companies are involved in all the different stages of the textile manufacturing process and in the making and marketing of textile products. Our vertically integrated operation provides our customers with an ability to leave the entire process to us, starting with the fibres to the finished garment, packed ready for shipment. Our annual turnover exceeds US$ 100 million with sales of 1.2 million garments and 36 million yards per annum. We have ISO 9002 accredited quality standards and we are in the process of documentation for ISO 14000. We are able to guarantee our products and services, for each and every order, every time, offering peace of mind.

 

 

The parent company in the group, Alphatex Industries Co. Ltd was founded in 1980 and concentrates on producing high quality fabrics without sacrificing product-mix flexibility. The factory weaves a wide range using viscose and polyester filament yarns and yarns spun from cotton, linen, modal, tencel, polyester, viscose and their blends. Every fabric is rigorously tested before it is approved for production and the ongoing focus on product development means that we seek to provide our customers with innovative products that meet both their quality and design requirements. Alpha Processing Co. Ltd arose out of a need for special dyeing and finishing facilities to handle the exhaustive range of fabrics custom-woven for its customers in 1985. Having the facilities to control these processes has meant that we can carefully control the finishes and colouration process required for each order.

To complement and enhance the fabric range, the third company, Alpha Spinning Co. Ltd was founded in 1990 to handle the need for innovative blends and yarns of excellent quality. The factory spins regular and fancy yarns custom spun from a multi-fibre range. The fibres used are polyester (of various types), viscose, cotton, linen, modal and blends of these fibres. This added flexibility allows us to provide customers with even greater choices in our qualities.

 

 

Alfino International is the marketing arm of Alpha Apparel Co. Ltd, a modern and flexible garment factory equipped with modern machines, to deliver on time quality products with the assurance of ISO 9002 certification. The factory is situated in Maesod, Tak Province in North-West Thailand. It is among one of the very few garment manufacturers able to custom produce garments right from the yarn stage through weaving, dyeing and finishing. Currently the factory makes ladies’ blouses, skirts, dresses, pants, shorts and unlined jackets and men’s shirts. Alpha Apparel caters to the medium and high end buyers in Europe and the United States of America.

 

 

All members of the group have successfully implemented flexible manufacturing techniques in working with a full range of fibres from coarse linen fibres to micro filament synthetic fibres. This has been achieved by investment in a wide range of equipment to handle both natural spun fibres and synthetic filaments, exhaustive R&D and intensive year-round worker training. The computerisation of management information and operational control systems within each plant has been pivotal to the success of flexible manufacturing. We strive towards offering complete peace of mind, as we are able to track and control every order on a day to day basis for the entire process.

We are a service orientated garment manufacturer producing outstanding garments which include casual and formal dresses, blouses, skirts, pants and shirts made from polynosics, viscose, polyesters, tencel, cottons and their blends in solid and cross dyed fabrics. We create garments using our own fabrics and designs but also tailor make every opportunity to suit our customer, be it using another supplier for fabrics we can not manufacture or following our customer’s design and pattern specifications to the letter.
