Alpha's own processing plant was created in 1985 and has since become an invaluable part of the Alpha Group. At the time of its creation, most processing plants did not have an adequate understanding of multi-fiber fabrics. Alpha, having specialized in the creation of multi-fibrous fabrics for years, had the necessary background and expertise to give quality fabrics the treatment they deserved.

Alpha Processing was designed to process and finish a rather exhaustive range of fabrics and has today perfected the art of giving each the exact finish required to enhance the softness, colour and overall look and texture of the fabric. It's revolutionary treatment of multi-fibers has suddenly made them not only wearable, but desirable. With their added durability and high tolerance of processing procedures, these multi-fiber fabrics are now as beautiful and usable than their natural fiber counterparts.

Alpha Processing is ISO 9002 certified and uses only the most modern equipment and sophisticated techniques. It is skilled at handling a wide range of fabric and fiber blends including polyester, viscose, Modal®, polynosic, Lycra®, Tencel®, Tactel® and their blends. It also houses an on-site testing laboratory fully equipped to handle fabric testing and quality comparisons.
